London Lookbook

July 27, 2016

As you have seen the clothes I took for my weekend trip away, I thought I would compile a look-book of all the outfits I wore while there. Since I have been in the south of England, the weather has been a few degrees warmer than what I am used to in the north and I took the opportunity to dust off my summer clothes from the back of my wardrobe...

Day 1:

Since I spent the majority of the first day travelling in the car, I opted for my trusty combo of denim shorts and a t-shirt.

Hoodie - TK Maxx
Shoes - Primark

Day 2:

On the fist day, we took a trip to Colchester Zoo and I knew it was going to be hot. When it is warm I never want any clothes that are too tight so I chose to wear this playsuit I got a few months ago. I love how comfortable this outfit is and the body is plenty long enough for me since I am tall.

T-Shrt - New Look
Sandals - New Look
Bag - TK Maxx

Day 3:

Day 3 saw us attending a barbecue and I felt like wearing a summer dress. It was slightly cooler than the day before but I still got burnt! One thing I love is how floaty this dress is, the material is light and the floral print screams summer which I love. I've had this dress for a couple of years now and it is still a favourite of mine.

Dress - Urban Outfitters
Sandals - New Look

Day 4:

This is the day I had been looking forward to since the start of the trip, the day we we see the Bolshoi Ballet! I had chosen this dress specifically as I was able to transition it from a day to an evening dress which made me very happy! I love vintage clothes so this dress was an obvious win for me and I know it will be one of my favourites.

Pumps - Primark

Day 5:

Second-day curls are my saviour right now

Since I was again, going to be spending the day travelling I chose to wear my jeans but with my t-shirt I bought at the ballet! I think this will be my favourite t-shrt ever as how often do you get a t-shirt with a Bolshoi Prima on the front?!
